We have decided that we will continue to wear our face masks and PPE until the rules around self-isolation change and will also continue with the constant cleansing regime, and the isolation of any items returned for exchange. We will be either measuring the child or offering up the garment for sizing to avoid the trying on of garments to avoid cross contamination and items having to be isolated for 72 hours. Hand sanitiser will remain available for customer and staff use.
We will continue with our preferred method of trading via our webshop linelashop.co.uk “Click and Collect” Please note that there is also the option to have your order posted. This has been very successful and is by far the safest way for all of making your purchase.
However, we do appreciate that a small number of our customers may need to visit the showroom. This can be done by pre-arranged appointment only. Contact graham@linela.co.uk 01454 615300 Entrance to the showroom will be strictly one Adult and one Child at a time.

Purchase online for click and collect or posting - Book a pre-arranged appointment with the contact above - Wear a mask during the visit / collection - Use the hand sanitiser on entrance and exit - Payment will be by Debit or Credit Card only - No Cash or Cheques.
We will continue to remain at a safe distance, and keep doors and windows open as much as possible.
If you are exempt from wearing a mask we will happily advise you over the telephone and explain how to purchase online using the click and collect or postage method. The showroom limit of one Adult and one Child applies to all. Per appointment.
